Luxury Hajj packages in Pakistan
The short answer. At the top end the money does not go into the hotel, or should not. It goes into the Mina camp's category and position, a smaller group with more staff, a hotel you can walk back to rather than a famous one, and the flexibility to handle a problem. A package that spends it on marble instead is expensive rather than luxurious.

Hajj cannot be made comfortable and you should be wary of anybody promising it can. The crowds, the heat and the walking are the journey. What a larger budget can honestly buy is that the hardship lands in the right places.
What a larger budget should buy
1. The best Mina camp available. Category and position. This is the first place to spend and almost nobody treats it that way. The days in Mina are the hardest and the walk to the Jamarat is repeated, in heat, in a crowd. Mina camps during Hajj.
2. A small group with real staffing. This is the quiet luxury. Twenty pilgrims with a named member of staff is a completely different journey from two hundred with a phone number, and you find out which you bought on the day somebody is ill or a passport goes missing.
3. A short walk in Makkah, in a building with lifts that cope. Short beats grand, every time.
4. Fewer people in the room. Rest is the thing in shortest supply.
5. Slack in the plan. A package with room to adapt when a flight shifts or somebody cannot manage a day.
What it should not buy
Stars for their own sake. A rating describes a lobby you will barely see. Five star Hajj packages sets out why that is a poorer guide than distance.
Length you do not want. A longer package is more days of heat and walking. For an older pilgrim, shorter and better placed is often the kinder purchase.
Promises about the crowds. Nobody controls them. An organiser implying otherwise is selling you something that does not exist.

These are the rates published on this website, read when the site was last built. They move with the riyal, the airfare and the season. Ask us for today's figure and we will confirm it before you pay anything.
The differences between these are length, maktab and room. That is what the market actually prices, whatever words a brochure uses.
The honest test of a premium package
Ask the seller this: "what does the extra money buy, line by line?"
A good answer is specific: a better camp category, a camp nearer the Jamarat, twenty pilgrims per leader instead of eighty, a named hotel five minutes away, two to a room.
A weak answer is adjectives. If the extra cannot be explained in lines, it is margin rather than package.
When the top end is genuinely worth it
- Travelling with an older parent. This is the strongest case there is. The
camp position and the walk decide whether they manage.
- A pilgrim with limited mobility, where staffing and distance are
everything.
- A first Hajj where you would rather be looked after than work it out.
- Anyone who cannot afford to lose days to exhaustion.
When it is not
A fit pilgrim travelling alone can take a further hotel, more sharing and a longer walk, and have the same Hajj for much less. That is a legitimate choice and we will tell you so. The honest savings are in the cheapest way to perform Hajj.
Ask us what the extra buys
Tell us your budget and who is travelling, and we will show you exactly which lines it changes, in writing, before you pay. If the honest answer is that a cheaper package would serve your family just as well, we will say that too. Our departures are on the Hajj packages page.
