A Hajj agency you can walk into.
Hujjaj Travel & Tours is a Hajj tour operator and Hajj Group Organiser working from one desk in Saddar since 1984, through two generations of the same family. A member of the Hajj Organisers Association of Pakistan, registration 4207/K, IATA accredited, SECP incorporated and DTS registered. The certificates are on the office wall as well as on this website, and you are welcome to come and read them.
Private Hajj is sold under a licence.
The Ministry of Religious Affairs licenses Hajj Group Organisers, and only a licensed organiser may file a private Hajj group. Without it nothing a company promises can be delivered, whatever the office looks like. So ask for the licence rather than for reassurance, and check the name on it against the name taking your money. That applies to us too.
- How to verify a Hajj agencyThe Group Organiser licence and the HOAP membership, checked rather than taken. Written by a licensed organiser, so read it knowing who wrote it.
- How to avoid Hajj scamsWhat is actually being sold when somebody offers a Hajj outside the quota, and the payment rule that stops most of it.
- What to ask before bookingThe questions in the order that matters, and what a vague answer to each one tells you.
- How the quota worksWhy there is no such thing as a Hajj outside it, and what the private share actually is.
The Mina camp, before the hotel.
It is the question almost nobody asks and the one that decides whether a Hajj is bearable or hard. The hardest days are spent in Mina, not in Makkah, and the camp's position sets the walk to the Jamarat, repeated, in heat. A family that buys a famous hotel and the cheapest camp category has spent the money in the wrong place. It is fixed at booking and cannot be changed afterwards.
- Mina camps during HajjWhat the categories mean, what the position changes, and why it outranks the hotel.
- What a Maktab isThe word on every brochure and the thing most buyers never have explained to them.
- Going with an older parentWhat to tell the organiser before the package is chosen, because afterwards almost nothing can be changed.
- Government scheme or privateWhat each actually gets you, and who is better off in which.
The whole journey, from one desk.
- Hajj packages for 2027Current rates with the Maktab stated and what each package includes, rather than a figure with nothing behind it.
- Hajj 2027 from PakistanThe quota, the two schemes, what is confirmed for this season and what is not.
- Umrah packagesNot quota bound, so you can go whenever you decide to.
- The Umrah side of the officeThe same desk, the same people, a different set of questions.
- Tickets, hotels and transportArranged separately if that is all you need.
- All our guidesEverything we are asked at the desk, written down, and none of it a sales page.
The questions we get most.
Yes, and do not take that on trust from a web page. We are a member of the Hajj Organisers Association of Pakistan, registration 4207/K, and the certificates with their numbers are in the footer of every page here as well as on the office wall. Here is how to check any organiser, us included.
Office 202, Frere Business Centre, Saddar, Karachi. The hours, the map and every way to reach us are on the contact page. No appointment is needed, though a message first means the right person is at the desk when you arrive.
No, and neither can anybody else. Saudi Arabia allocates Hajj seats to countries and there is no route around that, so an agency offering a Hajj through a special arrangement is telling you what it is. How the quota works.
The registered company, against a receipt, never a personal account. Under the private Hajj rules for 2027 onwards, pilgrim money goes through a government account rather than being held by the operator, and every pilgrim gets a Unique Hajj Identification Number. The new rules are here, and our terms are on the cancellation and refunds page.
That is most of our work. We serve families across Pakistan and overseas Pakistanis worldwide, everything after the first conversation is handled remotely, and documents can be couriered. For Hajj specifically, which document you hold decides your route: Hajj from abroad, and the POC change for 2027.
Since 1984, from the same office, through two generations of the same family. The longer version is on the about page.
Ask us the awkward questions.
The Maktab, the camp category, how far the Jamarat walk is, the hotel by name, and what the package leaves out. An organiser worth your money answers all five in one message.
