The short answer. Flights, hotels and transport, plus the visa which is the reason the package exists at all. Check the hotels by name and by minutes, check which transfers are included one by one, and check the flight dates before you book leave. The fourth component, who answers when something goes wrong, is in the price and on no quote.
0. The visa, which comes first
Worth stating before the three, because people leave it out of the comparison. A Pakistani passport holder cannot lodge an Umrah visa alone; it goes through an operator attested by the Ministry of Religious Affairs, and Nusuk will not take an individual application.
So every package includes it, and the real question is who actually lodges it, the agency you are speaking to or somebody they hand your file to. Both are fine. Vagueness is not. The Umrah visa from Pakistan.
1. Flights
- Which airline, and direct or one stop.
- The dates, set by the group. Confirm before booking leave.
- The arrival time. Most flights from Pakistan land in the small hours, which
shapes your first day more than people expect.
- Whether the ticket is already issued, which affects cancellation.
2. Hotels
- The hotel by name, in both cities. Not a star rating, not "walking
distance".
- How many minutes to the Haram, at night, at a normal pace.
- Which room the price is for.
- How many nights in Madinah, which packages trim first.
- Which gate the Madinah hotel sits near.

The Makkah distance is the single number that decides whether an Umrah is enjoyable, so this is where the scrutiny belongs.
3. Transport
Check these one by one, because this is where packages quietly differ:
- Airport to hotel, on arrival.
- Hotel to airport, on departure. More often forgotten than the arrival.
- Makkah to Madinah, included or not, and by what means. If the train is
included, are the station transfers included too?
- Ziyarat transport, in which city.

4. The one that is not on the quote
Who answers while you are there. A representative in Makkah, a Pakistan number answered at night, a person rather than a switchboard.
It is paid for in every package and appears on none of them. Ask, because it is the component you will care about most on the one day you need it.
