Hajj package price in Pakistan: a complete cost breakdown
The short answer. A Hajj package price is six or seven lines bundled into one number: the Saudi side (visa, the Mina and Arafat camp, internal transport), the flights, the Makkah and Madinah hotels, food where it is included, the Qurbani where it is included, and the organiser's own fee. Almost every difference between two quotes sits in the camp category, the hotel distance and the room occupancy. The rest is small.

This page is for reading a quote, not for guessing a total. If you want the direct question answered, that is how much does Hajj cost from Pakistan.

Notice what changes between the rows: the length, the maktab and the room. Those are the levers. Everything below explains why.
What is inside the number
The Saudi side
The part neither you nor we control the price of.
- The Hajj visa and the government charges that go with it.
- The Mina and Arafat camp, by category. This is the single largest Saudi line
and the one that varies most between packages.
- Muzdalifah, which is spent on the ground.
- Internal transport, including how you move between Makkah, Mina, Arafat and
Muzdalifah.
The flights
Direct or one stop, and when. Group dates are fixed by the organiser and bought in blocks, so this line moves with the season and with how early the group was ticketed.
The hotels
- Makkah, where the distance to the Haram is most of the price.
- Madinah, where distance matters less and the number of nights matters more.
- The room, which is why the same package has several prices. Look at the table
again: same hotel, same everything, a different number per person.
Food, where it is included
Some packages include all meals, some breakfast only, some none. This is worth reading carefully because it is one of the easiest lines to leave out of a quote and one of the easiest to notice once you are there.
The Qurbani
In some packages, not in others. Ask.
The organiser's own fee
The staffing, the group leaders, the office in Pakistan, the person who answers at two in the morning. A package with very low staffing is cheaper and you discover the difference on the day something goes wrong.
What is outside the number, in every package
Not hidden, but not included either, and worth budgeting for:
- Gifts, which are almost always the largest unplanned spend.
- Taxis when somebody is too tired to walk.
- Extra Ziyarat beyond what is listed.
- Laundry, phone and data.
- Excess baggage coming home, which is the gifts again.
- Your own spending money, which is a separate question and is in
how much money should I take for Hajj.
The ones that are sometimes presented as included and are not are in hidden costs in Hajj packages.
How to read a quote you have been given
Go through it line by line and write down the answer to each of these. If the quote does not answer one, ask.
- Which Mina category, and where is the camp?
- Which hotel in Makkah, by name, and how far?
- Which hotel in Madinah, and how many nights?
- How many in the room at that price?
- Direct flight or one stop, and what dates?
- Which meals, if any?
- Qurbani included or not?
- What is excluded, in writing?
- Cancellation terms, in writing?
Two quotes answered that way can be compared. Two totals cannot.
Why the same company has several prices
Because the room changes the per-person cost, and because a shorter package costs less without being a lesser one. A 14 day package is not a cut-down 29 day package; it is fewer nights in the Kingdom. Which suits you depends on your leave, your budget and who is travelling with you.
Ask for the figure for your family
Send us the dates, how many of you, the ages and the room you want. We will give you the current number for that exact combination, with the inclusions and the exclusions written out, before anything is paid. Our departures are on the Hajj packages page, and the questions to put to any agency are in what to ask a Hajj agency before booking.
