Group Umrah packages in Pakistan
The short answer. The travel is easy; the organising is where groups come unstuck. One rule above all: the coordinator does not collect money. Every family pays the agency directly, into the registered company's account, against their own receipt. Then agree the rooms, the dates and who answers questions, and the rest follows.

Mosque groups, extended families and workplace groups go for Umrah together all year. It works well, and when it goes wrong it is almost never about Umrah.
The rule that protects the coordinator
Do not hold anybody's money.
A well-meaning person collecting twenty families' payments into a personal account has taken on a risk they never intended. One family's change of plan becomes their personal dispute, and if anything at all goes wrong they are the one standing in front of the group.
Every family pays the agency directly, in their own name, against their own receipt. The coordinator coordinates.
What to settle before anybody pays
- Who the coordinator is, and what they are responsible for.
- One package or several room types? Families differ in size, so most groups
end up with two or three rates. Normal; agree it early.
- The dates, fixed, before anybody books leave.
- Who answers questions: the coordinator or the agency directly. Set this or
the coordinator becomes a call centre for three months.
- What happens if a family drops out, and whether it changes anyone else's
price.
- Whether the group stays together at the hotel and on transport.
What a group can genuinely ask for
Agencies can usually arrange these and it costs nothing to ask:
- Rooms near each other or on one floor, in writing.
- A group leader who travels with you.
- The Makkah to Madinah journey made together.
- A briefing before departure, in person or on a call.
- One written document covering the whole group.
That last one saves more trouble than anything else. Questions that would arrive one at a time for months get answered once.

A group usually buys one package at several room rates. Nothing else changes.
Mixed ages, which every mosque group has
The plan should be set by whoever finds it hardest, not by the fittest. That means a close hotel in Makkah, a pace with rest in it, and no ambitious Ziyarat schedule on the first day.
The documents, times twenty
This is the practical difference between a group and a family booking. Every passport, every CNIC, every child's papers, all needing names that match.
Start early, and have the coordinator collect copies for checking, while each family keeps its originals until the agency asks. One mismatched spelling can hold up a file. Umrah visa requirements.
Verify once, share with everybody
Check the agency properly and send the evidence to every family: the registered company name, the DTS registration, and a straight answer on who lodges the visa. How to verify an Umrah travel agency.
Doing it once, openly, also settles the nervousness that always exists in a group where people are paying a company they have not met.
Talk to us as a group
Tell us roughly how many families, the mix of ages and your dates, and we will send one written proposal with the room options priced, the hotels named, the distances, and what is excluded. We will also say what we cannot do. Our departures are on the Umrah packages page.
