Can you book Hajj online from Pakistan?
The short answer. The government scheme is applied for online, through the Pak Hajj app and the Ministry's website, with payment through Habib Bank. A private package can be arranged remotely, and most of ours are, but it is not a checkout: you still verify the organiser, settle the package in writing and pay a company account. Anything that lets you buy a Hajj in two taps without any of that is the thing to be careful of.

This question usually means one of two things: "can I do this without going to an office", which is mostly yes, or "can I buy it like an airline ticket", which is no, and for good reasons.
What is genuinely online
The government scheme. Applications are made through the Pak Hajj app and the Ministry's website, and payment goes through Habib Bank as the sole receiving bank. This is a real online process, run by the Ministry, and it is the route most Pakistani pilgrims use.
Everything around a private booking. Choosing, asking questions, receiving the package and the terms in writing, sending documents, paying into the company account, receiving confirmations. We do this with families all over Pakistan and abroad every season without them setting foot in Karachi.
What is not a checkout
A private Hajj package is not a product you add to a basket, and a website that offers to sell you one that way is skipping the steps that protect you.
Before money moves there should be:
- The Hajj Group Organiser licence and the HOAP number, given to you and
checked by you.
- The package in writing: Mina category, hotel by name and distance, room,
flights, what is excluded, cancellation terms.
- Payment to the registered company's account, against a receipt.
If a site lets you pay before any of that exists, the convenience is the problem.
Booking remotely, done properly
If you cannot come to an office, do this instead:
- Ask for the licence and HOAP number by message, and check them yourself.
- Ask for a video call from inside the office. A real organiser will do it
without hesitating.
- Get the whole package in a written message and keep it.
- Confirm the bank account is in the registered company name, and matches the
licence.
- Pay against a receipt, never to a personal account.
- Ask for a family who travelled last season and permission to ring them.
That is a remote booking with the same protections as a counter booking. Anything less is just a faster way to lose money.
The warning signs that come with "book online"
- A payment link to a personal account or a wallet in somebody's name.
- A price that expires today, with nothing in writing.
- A licence promised "after booking".
- A website with no registered company name, no address and no landline.
- A Hajj offered outside the quota, or through a "special arrangement". It does
not exist. More in
how to avoid Hajj scams in Pakistan.
What you cannot do online at all
- Obtain a Hajj visa directly. It comes through the scheme you joined, not
through an application you make.
- Buy a seat outside the quota. There is no such thing.
- Shorten the vaccination waiting period, however urgent the website says the
offer is.
Our own position
You can do the whole thing with us by phone and WhatsApp, and many families do. What we will not do is take money before you have our licence number, the HOAP number, the package in writing and the cancellation terms. Those are on the contact page and the cancellation and refunds page, and the departures are on the Hajj packages page.
Send us your dates and who is travelling, and we will start with the documents rather than the payment link.
