Group Hajj packages in Pakistan
The short answer. A group booking is mostly an organising problem rather than a travel one. Agree who is responsible, collect nothing yourself, have every family pay the organiser directly against their own receipt, and settle the pilgrims-per-leader ratio in writing. That ratio, not the size of the group, is what decides how the journey goes.

Mosque groups, extended families and workplace groups travel together every season, and it works well when the arrangements are clear. The problems we see are almost never about Hajj; they are about money collected by a well-meaning person with no paperwork.
The one rule for collecting money
Do not collect it.
Every family pays the organiser directly, into the registered company's account, against their own receipt in their own name. The group's coordinator arranges and communicates; they do not hold anybody's money.
This protects the coordinator more than anyone. A person who collects twenty families' savings into their own account is carrying a risk they did not intend to take, and a disagreement about one family's refund becomes their personal problem.
What to settle before anybody pays
- Who is the coordinator, and what are they responsible for.
- One package for everyone, or a choice? Most groups end up with two or three
room types at different prices. That is normal; agree it early.
- The pilgrims-per-leader ratio, in writing.
- Whether the group stays together in Mina, on the buses and at the hotel.
- What happens if one family cancels, and whether that changes the price for
the rest.
- Who answers questions: the coordinator, or the organiser directly? Set this
or the coordinator becomes a full-time call centre.
The ratio is the whole thing
A group of eighty is not worse than a group of twenty. A group of eighty with one leader is.
Ask how many pilgrims each group leader is responsible for and whether those leaders are the company's own staff or hired for the season. That is the number that shows up when somebody is ill in Mina or a passport goes missing.
What a group can genuinely ask for
Organisers can usually accommodate these, and it costs nothing to ask:
- Rooms near each other, or on the same floor.
- Being kept together in the Mina camp and on transport.
- A leader who speaks the group's first language.
- A briefing session before departure, in person or on a call.
- One written document covering the whole group's arrangements.

These are the rates published on this website, read when the site was last built. They move with the riyal, the airfare and the season. Ask us for today's figure and we will confirm it before you pay anything.
A group usually buys the same package at several room rates, because families within it differ in size. Nothing else about the booking changes.
Mixed ages
Most mosque groups include older pilgrims, and the group's plan should be set by the person who finds it hardest rather than by the fittest.
The camp position matters more for a group than for an individual, because a group moves together. See Hajj for elderly pilgrims.
Before the group commits
Verify the organiser once, properly, and share the evidence with every family: the Hajj Group Organiser licence and the HOAP number. How to verify a Hajj travel agency.
Then get one written document: the package, the Mina category, the hotels by name, the room options and their prices, what is excluded, and the cancellation terms. Send it to everybody. Questions that would otherwise arrive one at a time for three months are answered once.
Talk to us as a group
Tell us roughly how many families, the mix of ages, and your dates, and we will put together one written proposal with the room options priced, the camp category, and the leader ratio stated. We will also tell you what we cannot do. Our departures are on the Hajj packages page.
