All inclusive Hajj packages from Pakistan
The short answer. No Hajj package is all inclusive, whatever the brochure says. The phrase usually means the visa, the camp, the transport between the holy sites, the flights, the hotels and most meals. It almost never means gifts, taxis, phone and data, excess baggage or your own spending money. Ask for the excluded list in writing and the phrase becomes a real answer.

"All inclusive" is not a lie on most brochures. It is a shorthand that does more work than it can carry, and the gap between what somebody read and what arrives is almost always in the same few lines.
What it usually does cover
- The Hajj visa and government charges.
- The Mina and Arafat camp, at whatever category the package carries.
- Movement between Makkah, Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah.
- Flights, on the group's dates.
- Hotels in Makkah and Madinah, for a stated room type.
- Most or all meals, where the package says so.
What it rarely covers, and should be checked
- The Qurbani. In some packages, not others.
- Ziyarat, and the transport to the sites.
Does a Hajj package include Ziyarat.
- Airport transfers at both ends.
- The journey between Makkah and Madinah, in some cases.
- Laundry, over a long package.
- A room on your own, which is almost always priced separately.
- Extra nights if a flight shifts.
What it never covers, in any package anywhere
- Gifts, which are reliably the largest unplanned spend of the journey.
- Taxis, taken when somebody is too tired to walk.
- Phone and data.
- Excess baggage on the way home, which is the gifts again.
- Pharmacy items, usually the unscented things somebody forgot to pack.
Budget for them separately: how much money should I take for Hajj.
The request that settles it
"Please send me, in writing, what is not included in this package, and the cancellation terms."
That one message does more than any amount of reading brochures. An organiser who answers it fully has thought about the package. One who answers with reassurance has not.
The full set of what tends to go missing is in hidden costs in Hajj packages.

These are the rates published on this website, read when the site was last built. They move with the riyal, the airfare and the season. Ask us for today's figure and we will confirm it before you pay anything.
We write the inclusions and exclusions out for each departure rather than using a single phrase for both, on the Hajj packages page.
When "all inclusive" is genuinely worth paying for
For some pilgrims it is the right purchase even at a premium:
- A first Hajj, where not having to arrange anything is itself the value.
- An older pilgrim, where meals on site and organised transport remove daily
decisions.
- A family, where feeding six people three times a day otherwise becomes a
project.
For a confident traveller who is happy to find their own meals, a package that includes less and costs less may be better. The difference is knowing which you bought.
And one thing it cannot include
No package includes comfort during the days of Hajj. The crowds, the heat and the walking belong to the journey. What a good package does is make sure the hardship is in the rites rather than in a two kilometre walk back to a poor tent, and that is bought in the Mina camp rather than in a word on a brochure. Mina camps during Hajj.
Ask us for both lists
Send us your dates and who is travelling and we will send the included and the excluded lists together, in writing, before anything is paid.
